Burning Man and False Profit announced the result of closed-door negotiations for a prime undeveloped parcel in the recently re-formed Black Rock City. The property at 4:30 and Esplanade is the site of a proposed 16-story mixed-use office complex, hydrogen applications research facility, and interdimensional transportation center. False Profit expects to break ground August 25, and open to the public — in True Party Style — on Tuesday, August 28th.
