Dividend: Uberzone (at Mighty!)
“Ask anybody, San Francisco is one of the best places to play in the world. I love playing there. The crowds are great, they just go crazy.” - Q of Uberzone

A few months ago, False Profit shuttered Dividend, its first monthly event coordination outside of its SoMa HQ. But the brand showed abundant promise, so The Company is bringing Dividend back for a one-off event at Mighty on June 4 featuring Uberzone, a top purveyor of California breakbeats. Interested venture communists are viewing the event as Dividend’s sweeps-week appearance, judging potential for summertime profitability - investors are invited to stand up and be counted in these nightlife Nielsens.
FP - Anything for Publicity

With Google’s incipient Initial Public Offering drawing the world’s attention back to Bay Area corporations, False Profit is taking advantage of the opportunity to raise its own profile in the world of commercial finance theory.
In fact, False Profit provided extensive strategic consulting to Google during its plans to go public - the novice company sought FP’s advice in maintaining corporate purity even as it ramps up into public ownership. Corporate-governance experts at the two companies conferred for weeks and finally developed a plan for the booming search company. Whether Google will be able to implement the business plan as successfully as False Profit remains to be seen, but FP investors can rest easy knowing their favorite true-profit company is continuing to play a role in adventure capitalism.
On a side note, executives point out that nightlife activities are best pursued by The Company when it takes advantage of Free Trade. Recent market fluctuations have convinced FP to offshore its dance-and-music events, and this exploratory mission to Mighty is the first of these initiatives.
